Came all the way from Washington, drove 8 hours in the storm, paid expensive tickets, spent 2 hours on the mountain including 40 minutes in wait lines and we were told the mountain was closed, on Christmas Eve. Went to the ticketing office, the clerk showed that she could not care less and would offer absolutely NOTHING than her bitter face.
