As a result of this incident, your pass has been revoked for the remainder of the 00/00 season. Vail Resorts Pass Products are non-transferable and non-refundable as dictated by the Season Pass Application. This decision is final. You may purchase any available pass or ticket products online at www.snow.com/pass or by visiting a ticket office; tickets may also be purchased at a ticket office or online at www.snow.com/ticket.
Your ability to purchase a pass or ticket for future summer or winter seasons has not been affected, however, we have recorded this incident on your profile. A second offense may limit your ability to purchase passes, tickets, or access Vail Resorts properties in the future.

From the editor: Is it a time to start a petition on Change.org to press Vail to abandon such a draconian and wrong policy and return stolen money? I am sure there are tons of people who were affected by Vail/Northstar unfair moneygrab like this one.
